Job Description

We are looking for a special sort of person to join our team.  We are looking for high-caliber, motivated hospitality professionals who are equally passionate about health and wellness as they are about providing extraordinary guest service.

The Food Runner is the vital link between the kitchen and the dining area, responsible for the swift and accurate delivery of food and beverages to customer tables. This role is crucial for ensuring guest satisfaction.

What You Will Do

  • Verify order accuracy before delivery to the table.

  • Present dishes and beverages to guests.

  • Check on customer needs and satisfaction throughout the meal.

  • Assist waitstaff with various tasks as needed.

  • Set and reset dining tables.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas.

  • Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation standards in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

You Should Have

  • Positive attitude, a strong sense of hospitality, and a professional work ethic

  • Experience with high volume dining and tailored steps of service

  • Ability to memorize and retain information quickly 

  • Prioritizes tasks, focusing on guest needs first

  • A good understanding of food, wine, and cocktails

  • Open availability and a desire to learn

  • A valid TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certification are required and must be obtained before entering this position
