What you�ll do (highlights)

You�ll lead Memory Care operations in partnership with the Executive Director and Health & Wellness team , including:

  • Hire, onboard, schedule, train, coach, and develop Memory Care team members
  • Promote and model the Connections Memory Care philosophy daily
  • Support assessments and personalized service planning, partnering with Health & Wellness
  • Create strategic non-pharmaceutical behavior interventions for complex needs
  • Keep families informed with timely, compassionate communication + provide education/support
  • Facilitate a monthly family support group
  • Ensure documentation and services meet quality standards and state requirements
  • Implement Connections Memory Care systems/tools (e.g., SingFit, Life Share, Matrix, etc.)
  • Design and lead engagement programming (you�ll lead 25% of daily programming while on duty) and partner with Life Enrichment for community-wide events

Minimum/Preferred experience/credentials:

  • 3�5 years of Memory Care experience, including management/program leadership
  • Confidence handling complex behaviors and educating families and staff on dementia-related topics
  • Proven leadership, strong communication, and customer service mindset
  • Organized, self-directed, able to prioritize, and able to work collaboratively under stress
  • Dementia-focused certifications are a plus (e.g., Dementia certification, CDP, Montessori for Dementia)
