Job Summary

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI), an affiliate of General Atomics, is a world leader in proven, reliable remotely piloted aircraft and tactical reconnaissance radars, as well as advanced high-resolution surveillance systems.

We have an exciting opportunity located in Poway, CA for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to support our entire International Programs and USMC/Navy team. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Provides analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve executive, administrative, and line and staff managers of complex details and advanced administrative duties.
  • Execute special or continuous research and data analysis tasks. 
  • Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties.
  • Contact company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports.
  •  Support entire International Programs and USMC/Navy team.
  • Coordinates travel, meetings, and schedule for senior leadership in our International Programs & USMC/Navy group.
  • Assists with data development and dissemination.
  • Prior experience with Logistics Management is a must. 
  • Oversee all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, AV and RSVP tracking.
  • This position requires to be 100% onsite.

Job Qualifications

  • Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent and six or more years experience in a field related to the specialized functional area or unit where assigned. Must demonstrate an extensive in-depth understanding of assigned functional area principles, theories and concepts.
