Construction Superintendent

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take full responsibility for on-site execution of commercial projects, including:

  • Managing daily field operations on projects ranging from $5M–$50M+

  • Leading field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep work on schedule and within budget

  • Developing, maintaining, and driving project schedules

  • Coordinating self-performed work and overseeing equipment usage

  • Enforcing safety standards and ensuring compliance at every phase

  • Maintaining high quality standards from groundbreaking to closeout

  • Building strong working relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on mid-to-large commercial projects

  • Strong field leadership and a proactive, solution-focused mindset

  • Ability to read plans, manage sequencing, and adjust quickly when challenges arise

  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook (Procore or scheduling tools a plus)

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Degree in Construction Management or Engineering is a bonus — proven field experience matters most
