5+ years scheduling experience; 3+ years leadership; Primavera P6 proficiency; analytical mindset; Bachelor's degree preferred in CM/Engineering.

Accountant

Experience with multi-state tax filings; construction accounting; GAAP knowledge; detail oriented; strong analytical thinking.

Preconstruction Manager

10+ years in preconstruction/estimating; 5+ years leading teams; Bachelor’s in Construction Management/Engineering; strong estimating tools and Lean/VDC experience; collaborative leadership.

Commercial Construction Superintendent

5+ years as a Superintendent on mid-to-large commercial projects; strong field leadership; read plans; schedule management; Procore or scheduling tools experience a plus; valid driver’s license; Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred.

Construction Project Engineer

Project Engineer

Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Engineering; 2+ years as Project Engineer/Field Engineer/APM; ability to read drawings; scheduling tools; MS Office; strong communication and organization; valid driver’s license.
