Housed on the first floor of the refurbished Miller Blueprint building, TenTen is a high-energy urban design with stone and wood fixtures, cozy booths and intimate lighting resulting in a welcoming, vibrant and fresh ambiance.

What To Expect

  • Always attentive to guests and team
  • Share your  thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu to answer all questions from guests and the team
  • Engage with guests and be able to recommend cocktails and suggest alternatives
  • Take food and beverage orders, paying close attention to special requests and dietary restrictions
  • Serve food, wine, cocktails, and beverages
  • Follows craft cocktail recipes and ensures consistency
  • Inputs all orders into the POS system accurately
  • Clear and reset tables
  • Demonstrate an understanding of our steps of service 
  • Engage in communication and active listening to effectively deliver accurate messaging to both guests and teammates
  • Willing and able to stay up to date on beverage trends, knowledge, and internal practices
  • Perform opening and closing side work
  • Responsible for monitoring, restocking, and replenishing bar par levels, inventory, and supplies
  • Keep track of inventory to ensure both bar and tables are appropriately stocked
  • Ensure work area complies with health codes at all times

You Should Have 

  • Prefer (2) or more years of bar experience in a high-volume fine or casual dining restaurant
  • A valid TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certification are required and must be obtained before entering this position
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of craft/creative cocktails and wine

PHYSICAL AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

  • Must be able to stand or walk a minimum of eight hours.
  • Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations.
  • Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry objects as necessary.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Must be able to work in a fast pace and high-volume environment in the presence of areas containing high noise levels ,bright lights and dust and communicate during this time – sometimes within a small area.
  • Must be able to work inside and outside at all times of the year as needed, based upon business volumes.
