About the role
We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Support Administrator to join our IT team and play a key role in supporting and maintaining our Microsoft cloud services. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience who enjoys troubleshooting, collaboration, and continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely, professional manner
Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Flow
Assist with identity and access management using Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
Monitor and manage licensing across Microsoft services
Support and troubleshoot telephony systems integrated with Microsoft Teams and Zoom Contact Centre
Collaborate with senior administrators and wider IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Accurately document procedures, resolutions, and system changes
Contribute to service improvement initiatives and knowledge base articles
Essential Skills & Experience
Demonstrable experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
Practical knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform tools
