About the role



We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Support Administrator to join our IT team and play a key role in supporting and maintaining our Microsoft cloud services. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience who enjoys troubleshooting, collaboration, and continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely, professional manner

  • Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Flow

  • Assist with identity and access management using Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)

  • Monitor and manage licensing across Microsoft services

  • Support and troubleshoot telephony systems integrated with Microsoft Teams and Zoom Contact Centre

  • Collaborate with senior administrators and wider IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

  • Accurately document procedures, resolutions, and system changes

  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives and knowledge base articles

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience administering Microsoft 365 environments

  • Practical knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform tools
