What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead and manage commercial construction projects, including:

  • Driving project execution to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards

  • Collaborating closely with owners, architects, superintendents, and internal teams

  • Overseeing schedules, contracts, cost management, safety performance, and project closeout

  • Managing documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication

  • Identifying risks early and solving problems proactively

  • Strengthening community and client relationships to support long-term growth

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural preferred)

  • 8+ years of commercial construction experience, with 3+ years in a Project Manager role

  • Strong understanding of budgets, contracts, and project controls

  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office

  • Experience with GMP and CMAR delivery methods is a plus

  • Exceptional organization, leadership, and communication skills
