Mobile Service Technician- Holler Ford

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Ford Mobile Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide convenient on-site vehicle maintenance and light repair services to customers at their homes, workplaces, or other approved locations. Representing the Ford brand, you�ll be responsible for delivering high-quality service while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, battery replacements, and fluid top-offs at customer-designated locations.
• Diagnose and perform minor repairs on-site using Ford-approved tools, equipment, and diagnostic software.
• Operate a Ford Mobile Service van, maintaining its cleanliness, inventory, and operational condition.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding their vehicle�s condition, needed services, and maintenance recommendations.
• Follow all safety guidelines and Ford standards for vehicle repair and customer service.
• Accurately document work performed using digital service tools.
• Coordinate with the dealership�s service department for parts, scheduling, and escalation of complex repairs.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal automotive regulations.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction with every service call.
• Any other duties assigned by Management

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training is a plus.
• ASE Certification(s) preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver�s license with a clean driving record.
• At least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician (Ford experience preferred).
• Proficient with diagnostic tools, scan tools, and repair procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various outdoor environments.
• Reliable Transportation
• Pass background screenings
