This hotel is operated by Propel Management LLC, an award-winning hotel owner and approved third party operator of both independent and branded hotels. Based in San Antonio Texas, we currently operate hotels in both Texas and Colorado.

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the food industry, catering, brewing, or hospitality. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.


Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes

- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all health and safety regulations

- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age

- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed


Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the food service or restaurant industry

- Knowledge of basic math for handling payments and calculating drink prices

- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
