Job Description

La Provence/Petite Provence is a well-loved Portland based Restaurant and bakery inspired by the flavors and hospitality of France. We’re known for artisan breads, classic pastries, and scratch-made meals, and we’re looking for dependable, team-oriented individuals who take pride in quality, consistency, and great guest experiences.


We are currently seeking: Full Time 

Job Title: Bakery Manager

Pay Rate: $20 - $21 Tips & Eligible for Bonus

Managers must have open availability, weekend, and holiday availability.


Work Environment: FOH

Bakery managers operate in restaurant bakeries and administrative areas managing staff, inventory, and scheduling. Core duties include overseeing operations, ensuring quality control, and maintaining efficient workflow. Physical requirements involve standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
