Job Description

Sales Execution & Pipeline Development

  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth through direct sales activities (prospecting, value-based presentations, online demos).
  • Manage strategic accounts and develop tailored solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and develop opportunities within the existing customer base.

 

Customer Engagement & Success

  • Lead consultative discovery to understand customer pain points and design value-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and solution adoption.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement of products and services.

 

Strategic Collaboration & Enablement

  • Act as a subject matter expert, supporting internal teams with product knowledge and sales strategies.
  • Partner with marketing to co-create campaigns, customer testimonials, and thought leadership content.
  • Provide feedback to product teams to inform roadmap and innovation.

 

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM data to support forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Contribute to the global solution sales community and participate in key events and initiatives.
