The Legacy at Falcon Point is an 82-bed Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in Katy, TX, offering a warm, welcoming environment where residents can maintain independence while receiving personalized care and support.

We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Community Sales Director who thrives in a results-driven environment and is energized by the challenge of achieving and sustaining 100% occupancy.

As the Community Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving census growth through strategic sales initiatives, including lead generation, relationship building, community outreach, and closing new residents. You will play a key role in guiding families through an important life transition, ensuring each resident finds not just a place to live, but a place to truly call home.
