Responsibilities:





  • Provide top-tier hospitality while leading by example behind the bar




  • Craft and serve drinks with consistency and attention to detail




  • Supervise daily bar operations and support fellow bartenders




  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar




  • Assist with staff training and performance standards




  • Manage inventory levels and support ordering needs




  • Ensure compliance with liquor laws and health/safety standards




  • Handle to-go orders and bar-side food service




  • Contribute to a positive, team-driven service culture
