This role is responsible for maintaining the flow of clean dishes, utensils, and equipment throughout service, ensuring everything is sanitized, organized, and ready to support smooth kitchen operations.
Carry out basic cleaning tasks
Collect pots, pants, dishes, glassware, flatware to be washed and sanitized and returned to appropriate storage areas.
Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors
Break down kitchen for clean up
Remove trash and garbage to designated areas
Daily cleaning of all restaurant’s facilities; restrooms and storage areas
Transfers supplies and restaurant equipment from delivery trucks to storage areas
Ensures storage areas are clean and organized
Cleans equipment using specific chemicals to insure sanitary standards
May be required buff floors using heavy equipment and steam cleans trash cans
Preform basic food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen management team
What You Bring
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Strong sense of urgency, organization, and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
- Team-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and pivot during service
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food handler certification may be required depending on location
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment

Total Rewards
This role offers competitive hourly pay based on experience, $16.00-$17.00 with opportunities to grow as you build your career with us.
