Job Description

Glenbrook High School District 225 is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Enrollment Manager, scheduled to commence on July 1, 2026.

The Enrollment Manager provides leadership and oversight for all district enrollment functions, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of student enrollment, residency, and financial aid records. This position serves as the district’s primary authority on enrollment processes and regulations and acts as a key point of contact for families, schools, and external agencies. The Enrollment Manager supervises enrollment staff, coordinates districtwide enrollment initiatives, and collaborates with internal departments to ensure efficient, equitable, and student-centered enrollment services.

Applicants should hold the following education/experience qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in enrollment, student services, school administration, or a related field.
  3. Prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
  4. Experience in a K–12 educational environment strongly preferred.
  5. Demonstrated commitment to continued professional development.
  6. Advanced ability to develop, manage, and analyze databases using formulas and mathematical functions.
  7. Proficiency in managing web-based programs, including calendars, schedules, surveys, and departmental websites.
  8. Ability to analyze, interpret, and present statistical and enrollment data.
  9. Ability to read, interpret, and develop policies, procedures, and reports related to enrollment and compliance.
  10. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.

Essential Functions
Leadership and Management
1. Provide direct supervision, coaching, and evaluation of Enrollment Specialists
and related staff.
2. Establish priorities, workflows, and procedures to ensure timely and accurate
enrollment operations.
3. Lead training and onboarding for enrollment staff, and ensure consistency in
districtwide practices.
4. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex enrollment, residency, and
financial aid cases.
Enrollment and Residency Oversight
1. Oversee the collection, review, and approval of residency documentation for
returning, incoming, and transfer students.
2. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of student and parent demographic data
within the student information system.
3. Direct the preparation, processing, and maintenance of districtwide student
residency records.
4. Identify, investigate, and resolve residency concerns and recommend further
action when necessary.
Enrollment Processes and Compliance
1. Manage and continuously improve the annual student enrollment and
registration process.
2. Oversee registration, scheduling, and transcript reporting for summer school
and other extended programs.
3. Ensure compliance with ISBE reporting requirements, including
McKinney-Vento identification and reporting.
4. Collaborate with Technology Services staff to maintain system accuracy and
implement updates or enhancements.
Financial Aid and Student Support
1. Oversee the financial aid application process, ensuring accurate eligibility
determination and documentation.
2. Provide guidance and support to families navigating enrollment, residency, and
financial aid requirements.
Collaboration and Operations
1. Serve as a district liaison with schools, departments, and external agencies
regarding enrollment matters.
2. Support operations of the GBA Visitor Center and assist with front-facing district
services as needed.
3. Prepare reports, analyze enrollment trends, and provide data-driven
recommendations to district leadership.
