Description

Residential Managers are responsible for coordinating residential supports to the people at designated home sites. They will supervise a team to ensure quality standards are met in the following core areas: home environment, medical and personal care, community involvement, and financial budgeting. Residential Managers carry out operational activities with their assigned team and individuals within the parameters of agency policies and procedures, including monitoring the progress and completion of performance activities.

Schedule: Generally Monday through Friday daytime, must be flexible depending on the needs of the program.

Requirements

High School Diploma with a minimum of three years of human service experience

Prior supervisory experience preferred

Valid NYS Driver's License with at least one year of non-permit driving experience

Must have vehicle for use in this position

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Must be comfortable giving individuals direct care including assisting with personal hygiene tasks
