Community Support Specialist

Assist individuals with disabilities in day program settings; develop plans; promote community inclusion; must have NY driver's license; ability to lift 50 lbs.

Van Driver - Brunswick Center

Van Driver

HS Diploma/GED and NYS Driver’s License; clean driving record; professional driving and human services experience preferred.

Assistant Residence Manager

HS Diploma or GED with 1+ years of related experience; NYS driver’s license with at least 1 year of non-permit driving; own vehicle; able to lift 50 lbs; comfortable providing direct care.

Licensed Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse

Must hold NYS RN license; valid NYS driver's license with at least 1 year non-permit driving experience; reliable transportation; schedule: full time Mon-Fri; on-call rotation.

Residential Manager

High school diploma with at least three years of human service experience; supervisory experience preferred; NYS driver’s license with at least one year of non-permit driving; must have a vehicle; able to lift 50 lbs; comfortable providing direct personal care.

Health Support Specialist

HS diploma or GED and 2 years in human services; able to complete training; NYS driver’s license with 1+ year driving; own vehicle; able to lift 50 lbs; direct care duties.

Direct Support Professional (Residential Program)

Direct Support Professional

HS diploma or GED; NYS driver’s license with 1+ year non-permit driving; ability to lift 50 lbs; comfortable providing direct care including personal hygiene.

Behavior Intervention Specialist 

Requires BCBA or master’s in behavioral/clinical psychology or related field; NYS mental health license or equivalent; valid NYS driver’s license; multiple educational paths with OPWDD approvals; five years with disabilities experience (for I)/ supervision experience.

Direct Support Professional (Family Supports)

HS diploma or GED; valid driver's license with at least 1 year of non-permit driving; own vehicle; comfortable providing direct care including personal hygiene.

Supervisor of Facility and Grounds

High School diploma or GED; at least 1 year maintenance experience; ability to lift over 50 lbs.

Regional Coordinator

Master's or Bachelor's in a related field with supervisory experience in human services; NYS driver's license; ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Respite Manager

High School Diploma or higher; minimum three years of human service experience; supervisory experience preferred; strong time management; valid NYS driver\u000A\u0000ALicense with 1+ year non-permit driving; must have vehicle; ability to lift 50 lbs; comfortable with direct care.
