The Sheraton Suites Columbus Worthington is an all-suite hotel located just minutes from historic Worthington and a short drive from downtown Columbus. The Sheraton Suites Columbus/Worthing is seeking a motivated and service-focused Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our restaurant, bar, and banquet services. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest service, maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, and support the Food & Beverage management team in leading staff and achieving departmental goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and/or banquet services.
  • Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional service.
  • Train, coach, and support food and beverage team members.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to service standards.
  • Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and staff coordination.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
  • Support special events, meetings, and banquet functions as needed.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and front office teams to ensure smooth operations.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-focused attitude.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.
