Starting Pay: $15.00/hour plus tips

Position Summary:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests entering our dispensary. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and secure environment while supporting front desk operations and compliance procedures. You�ll work closely with retail staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet patients and customers upon arrival
Verify identification and medical cards in compliance with Missouri cannabis regulations
Manage check-in procedures and maintain accurate visitor logs
Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently
Monitor lobby activity and maintain a clean, organized reception area
Assist with appointment scheduling and queue management
Support dispensary staff with administrative tasks as needed
Uphold confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and company policies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a Missouri Marijuana Agent ID
Experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with point-of-sale or patient management systems a plus
Professional demeanor and commitment to compliance
