RESPONSIBILITIES

 include but are not limited to:

  • Effectively manage a team of 75+ employees and assist with scheduling and assessments
  • Oversee and ensure smooth operations on the floor during daily service
  • Train and teach staff on restaurant procedures and performance expectations
  • Reinforce employee compliance to company policies and standards
  • Cultivate relationships with new and returning guests
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints concerning food quality and service
  • Maintain safety and food quality standards
  • Demonstrate leadership through job expertise, initiative, a positive attitude and have exceptional communication skills
  • Implement a positive work environment and emphasize a culture of excellence
  • Understand and embody the Bottega Louie lifestyle, mission and brand

COMPENSATION 

  • $80,000 - $90,000 base salary plus quarterly discretionary bonus based on net income ($0 - $20,000 annual potential)
  • Net income Bonus, if any, is calculated at sole discretion of Compensation Committee
