Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy techniques
  • Develop customized treatment plans that align with patients� functional goals
  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient recovery
  • Document progress and adjust therapies as needed for best outcomes
  • Deliver and document all aspects of quality physical therapy care
  • Supervise and ensure appropriate use of supportive personnel
  • Serve as a lead resource and point of contact for other staff therapists regarding scheduling, daily administrative needs, and communication

Qualifications:

  • Current state licensure or eligibility
  • Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
