SUMMARY

The Quality Support Technician/Detailer ensures every repaired vehicle is inspection-clean and delivery-ready. You�ll own the final QC and detailing process while supporting shop operations with organization, light maintenance, and equipment care.

WHAT YOU�LL DO

• Perform thorough interior/exterior detailing before customer delivery

• Visually inspect repaired areas; promptly alert the GM or assigned tech to any defects

• Assist with general facility and grounds maintenance

• Inspect goods/products against quality and safety standards

• Help verify test equipment calibration and readiness

• Consistently use required PPE, follow hazardous-waste procedures, and join monthly safety meetings

• Maintain/detail department tools & equipment; keep work areas organized and return tools/materials to designated spots

• Identify opportunities to improve QC processes

• Handle daily facility cleaning (mopping, dusting, sweeping, trash; restroom service)

• Make minor repairs as needed (e.g., changing light bulbs)

WHAT YOU BRING

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid Driver�s License with a good driving record

• Prior automotive experience strongly preferred (not required)

• Clear, professional communication and basic mechanical aptitude

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to support changing shop needs and priorities
