Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership

• Establish and uphold medical standards of care
• Lead case management, diagnostics, and treatment planning
• Perform surgeries and dentistry (with opportunity to expand offerings)
• Support growth in surgical and advanced medical capabilities

Mentorship & Team Development

• Mentor and develop associate veterinarian(s), particularly in surgery and complex cases
• Foster a collaborative, positive, and accountable team culture
• Partner closely with leadership on recruiting and team growth

Hospital Growth & Strategy

• Help expand services
• Provide input on new investments and upgrades
• Support workflow improvements and efficiency

Ideal Candidate

• DVM or equivalent, licensed (or eligible) in South Carolina
• 5+ years of experience preferred
• Strong surgical skills
• Passion for mentorship and developing other doctors
• Confident, collaborative leader who enjoys building and improving systems

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Monday�Friday: 8:00 AM � 5:00 PM
• Dedicated lunch break
• No weekends, ER or on call
