Looking for a short-term role where you can make an impact fast?
We are seeking a HR Co-ordinator with previous University experience to work on site in Headington, starting asap for 6 weeks possibly longer.
What you’ll do:
Be the first point of contact for HR queries
Support employees across the full lifecycle
Manage recruitment admin (adverts, applications, interviews)
Carry out pre-employment checks (right to work, screening, health)
Assist with onboarding, payroll updates, and HR documentation
Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records
What we’re looking for:
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Great communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
