Proof is the Food Service provider to the Truist Championship located at Quail Hollow Golf Club from May 7-May 10. We are hiring Premium Hospitality Bartender to work in the suites areas for the duration of the event. Hospitality Bartenders are responsible for product inventory, making beverages, following policies, and bar clean up post event.  Work assignments and tasks can change daily based on the immediate needs of the event calendar.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Responsible for both pre & post bar set-up/breakdown responsibilities.  


• Sets bar up in a timely manner, including icing down product. 


• Communicates well with bar back personnel during the event to assist them with replenishment during shift.  


• Greets all guests and gives exceptional customer service.  


• Attentive to guests needs throughout the entire event.  


• Cleans bar after closing, discard excess ice.  


• Record closing inventory  


• Responsible for putting away all inventory as directed.  


• Follows all federal, local, and venue alcohol policies. 

 Performs other related duties as required.
