About the Role
Our client is a Washington State-based architecture firm with a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, institutional, and residential projects. Known for their thoughtful design approach and strong community presence, they work across a wide range of project types, from healthcare and pediatric facilities to hospitality and wellness spaces. They're a growing team that values precision, collaboration, and delivering quality work for their clients.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Project Coordinator to support this firm's project execution. You'll coordinate documentation, manage drawings and revisions, and keep internal teams, consultants, and clients aligned throughout the project lifecycle. If you're organized, detail-driven, and have solid experience working with U.S.-based clients, this role is for you.
Core Responsibilities
Project Coordination and Documentation
Coordinate architectural project workflows across commercial, institutional, and residential project types
Manage drawings, revisions, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and timely completion
Maintain organized digital project files and track schedules throughout the project lifecycle
Team and Stakeholder Alignment
Ensure alignment between internal teams, external consultants, and clients at all stages of a project
Support communication, follow-through on milestones, and flag risks or delays to the appropriate parties promptly
BIM and Project Management Tools
Utilize Revit and BIM workflows to support project documentation and coordination
Manage tasks and project tracking using platforms such as Asana, Trello, or similar tools
Candidate Qualifications
Must-Haves
Degree in Architecture or a related field
5+ years of experience in architectural project management or coordination
3+ years of hands-on experience across commercial, institutional, and residential projects
Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms
Experience working with U.S.-based clients
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Good to Haves
Familiarity with Washington State building standards and codes
Knowledge of Twinmotion or similar visualization tools
