Pay: $9 - $12

Training Location: 1914 Wescott Avenue, Sugar Land, TX 77479 Must have reliable transportation and willing to train at training location.

The Team Member is responsible for delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to guests while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This role supports daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, order taking, and customer service, to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, courteous service.
• Take customer orders accurately using POS systems.
• Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Assemble and package orders efficiently for dine-in, takeout, or delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, and workstations.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate registers responsibly.
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet service and speed goals.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and escalate issues when necessary.
