This role serves as a key connection between our members, sales team, and operations staff by assisting with orders, coordination, documentation, and customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Assist members in person and by phone with agronomy, grain, and feed needs


• Take and process orders accurately for feed, agronomy products, and services


• Prepare tickets, work orders, scale tickets, and other required documentation


• Support grain activities such as scale operations, testing, and recordkeeping


• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements


• Communicate customer concerns, questions, or issues promptly to management


• Promote cooperative programs, services, and a positive member experience
