Seasonal Grain Operator

Seasonal grain operator responsible for receiving, handling, and loading grain outdoors; ability to work extended hours; must be able to work in a team; agriculture experience preferred but not required.

Operate grain handling operations; receive, unload, and load grain; maintain equipment; follow safety procedures; outdoor work; weekends during peak season; agriculture experience preferred.

Retail Associate DIB and Lumber

Retail Associate

Feed Delivery Driver

CDL (Class A or B) or ability to obtain; farm background preferred; able to work independently and in a team; strong attention to safety.

Member Service Representative

Customer service experience preferred; good communication, attention to detail, basic computer skills; able to multitask and work in a team.

Feed Delivery and/or Feed Manufacturing

Feed Delivery and Manufacturing Operator

CDL or ability to obtain; ability to lift up to 60 lbs; work in dusty environments; flexible hours with seasonal overtime; safety/quality focus; team player; experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or mechanical roles preferred.

Feed Manufacturing

Experience in lumber sales/building materials; strong knowledge of lumber products and estimating; proven ability to build customer relationships and drive sales; excellent communication and leadership skills.
