Strategic & Executive Support

  • Work directly with your assigned executive to plan and execute key priorities

  • Translate executive strategy into actionable plans and timelines

  • Manage executive calendars and update CRM systems with relevant follow-ups

Project & Initiative Management

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects assigned by your executive

  • Monitor progress, risks, blockers, and KPIs across all active initiatives — ensuring action items are completed on time

  • Provide structured status updates and performance reports to your executive

Operations, Governance & Communication

  • Improve internal workflows and processes across departments

  • Support leadership meetings with structured agendas, document decisions, and track next steps

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure clear communication across teams

  • 3+ years managing cross-functional projects and team initiatives

  • Strong KPI tracking and reporting experience

  • Advanced proficiency in CRMs and scheduling/reporting tools

  • Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish—written and spoken

Good to Haves

  • Background in corporate strategy, business operations, or executive consulting

  • Experience working directly with C-suite executives in a remote-first organization
