South Texas Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced and dependable Large Animal Veterinary Technician to join our hardworking team. This role focuses exclusively on large animal care, supporting our veterinarians both in the clinic and out in the field. If you�re confident with livestock handling and passionate about large animal medicine, this could be an excellent fit for you.

This can be a Full-Time or Part-Time position with availability needed Monday-Fridays and rotating Saturdays. Regular on-call shifts required, generally 1-2 weeks per month.

What We�re Looking For

• Large animal experience (required) � cattle, equine, or mixed livestock handling
• Background as a Veterinary Technician (licensed or unlicensed) with strong technical skills
• Ability to safely restrain animals and assist with exams, treatments, and procedures
• Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
• Comfortable working both in-clinic and in the field
• Dependable and able to take on-call shifts when needed

Full-Time Benefits and Compensation**

• Compensation: $15-$17.50 per hour, for each hour worked*
