Call Center Representative

High school diploma required; 1–2 years in healthcare or call center; eCW experience preferred; strong communication and multitasking; bilingual a plus; HIPAA compliance.

Internal Medicine Provider (HIV Specialist)

Internal Medicine Provider

MD or DO with NYS medical license; board-certified in Internal Medicine; 2+ years experience; HIV knowledge preferred; strong communication and computer skills.

Patient Navigator

Experience with HIV/AIDS population; Peer Certification required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; reliable, empathetic, organized; able to coordinate care and provide education.

Family Medicine Physician (Peds)

Licensed NYS physician board certified in Family Practice, Pediatrics, or Internal Medicine; Doctorate; 2+ years experience; supervises staff; proficient in EHR; bilingual a plus.

Dental Assistant 

High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year dental practice experience or accredited Dental Assistant program; bilingual preferred; strong patient relations; basic computer skills.

Patient Care Representative

High school diploma; Medical Assistant/Medical Reception certification preferred; knowledge of ECW; basic computer skills; strong communication; Spanish speaking required.

Medical Referral Clerk

High School Diploma or GED; 1+ year healthcare experience; strong customer service; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; medical terminology knowledge; MS Office; EHR/ECW preferred; Medicaid/Medicare knowledge.

Medical Assistant

H.S. graduate; Medical Assistant Certification or AA in Medical Assisting; 1+ years administrative experience; bilingual preferred; strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Behavioral Health Supervisor

LCSW with HIV experience; 3-5 years in medical/health setting; psychodynamic knowledge; bilingual Spanish preferred; strong leadership and communication skills.

Site Manager

Bachelor’s in health or business admin or equivalent; 3+ years supervisory experience in community health; EI; diverse background; clinical software knowledge (eCW, MS Office); ability to train staff.

Program Outreach/Marketing Assistant

BA or AA and 1 year outreach experience; bilingual Chinese/Mandarin preferred; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; basic computer literacy; EMR experience a plus.
