Security Officer

Senior Manager

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 7+ years in property management or similar; 5+ years in management within union environment. Valid driver's license. OSHA 10; OSHA 30/511 preferred. F58/F59 certifications preferred. Weekend/evening work as needed.

Manager, Accounts Receivable & Financial Operations

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; 5+ years real estate A/R experience (billing/collections); 2+ years managing A/R staff; experience improving processes and BI reporting
