LPN license with current BLS; 2 years’ experience with individuals with disabilities preferred; computer proficient; valid driver’s license and car; bilingual preferred.

CAMP NOVA COUNSELOR(July 18th - July 25th 2026)

Camp NOVA Counselor

18+, high school diploma or GED; CPR/First Aid; NJ Sex Offender Registry; background check; drug test; experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.

Development/ Fundraising Intern

Development/Fundraising Intern

Enrolled in a 2- or 4-year college; accounting or finance majors; strong Excel, research, communication, and organizational skills.

Director of Support Services

 Supervisory experience required; master’s degree preferred; knowledge of state disability service systems; strong communication and analytical skills.

Accounting Manager 

Minimum three years in progressive accounting roles; BA in Accounting; strong accounting principles knowledge; accounting software experience; data management/analysis; MIP proficiency; detail-oriented.

Floating Support Coordinator

Bachelor’s degree and 1 year experience with individuals with disabilities; MS Office; problem solving; strong organization and communication; valid driver’s license; bilingual preferred.

Employment Specialist

Two years' experience with youth or adults with disabilities; associate degree or higher; strong communication, partner development, and MS Office proficiency.

DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Director of Human Resources

Bachelor’s (required) or Master’s (preferred) in HR; 5+ years HR leadership; nonprofit experience a plus; SHRM or HRCI certification a plus; strong NJ employment law knowledge.

Getting to Work Manager 

Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in supported employment and writing employment plans. Ability to work independently.
