Direct Care Counselor

2+ years with children/adolescents; Bachelor’s degree or 4 years related education/experience preferred; valid driver’s license; ability to pass ODHS background check.

Relief-Direct Care Counselor

Part-time, on-call direct care role for youth; requires high school or equivalent, 2+ years experience with youth, QMHA qualifications, DHS background and Medicaid fraud checks, valid driver’s license with 4+ years driving, ability to perform crisis interventions (training provided).

Therapist

Master’s degree in a mental health field; QMHP requirements; strong communication and collaboration; ODHS background check; proficiency with MS Office.

Part-Time Therapist 

Master’s degree in a mental health field; must meet QMHP requirements in Oregon; strong clinical judgment and documentation; collaborate with families and schools; ODHS background check; MS Office proficiency

Relief-Milieu Treatment Specialist

Milieu Treatment Specialist

Bachelor’s degree preferred; QMHA credential; background/driving checks as applicable; ability to safely perform approved interventions; strong communication; team collaboration.

Bachelor’s degree or 3 years experience with youth; valid driver’s license; ODHS background check; strong communication; team collaboration.

Development & Donor Relations Manager

3–5 years nonprofit fundraising or donor relations; proven donor cultivation; strong written communication; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Assistant Residential Program Manager

3+ years supervisory experience in residential/behavioral health; degree preferred; valid driver’s license; background check required.
