Complaints Specialist

License in behavioral health or BSN/RN; 3+ years behavioral health; 1+ year quality management; 1+ year medical record review; MS Office and Visio; ability to pass extensive background checks.

Community Health Coordinator

High school diploma or GED; EMR proficiency; valid driver’s license; vehicle insurance; ability to travel; evenings/weekends as needed; background check required.

Senior Coordinator, Care Access

Senior Care Access Coordinator
