2-5 years in prior authorization, medical billing, or insurance referral process; strong coding familiarity; detail-oriented; able to train and manage workflows; proficient with EHRs (NextGen preferred).

High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years healthcare admin; orthopedic/surgery scheduling experience preferred; Certified Medical Assistant preferred.

2-5 years in prior authorization with medical billing/insurance; strong coding/terminology knowledge; EHR experience; detail-oriented; proficient in MS Office.
