Head Nordic Ski Coaching

Bachelor’s degree; at least 5 seasons coaching Nordic skiing at collegiate, professional, or Olympic level; ARMS recruiting experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; US Ski and Snowboard L100 coaching certification; CPR and First Aid certifications; driver eligibility for team transportation.

Director of Adventure Sports

Master’s degree in Education or related field; 5 years outdoor instruction/guide experience; 5 years of collegiate programming/administrative experience; familiarity with New England operations; strong communication and budget skills.

Physical Services Supervisor

3-5 years supervisory experience; 5-7 years grounds experience; valid driver’s license; high school diploma; driving record check; background check; pre-employment physical; pesticide certification preferred.

Senior Advisor for Student Success and Programming

Master’s degree in student affairs or related field; 3-5 years in student affairs/advising/counseling; strong communication and organizational skills; experience mentoring college students; familiarity with Microsoft Office; ability to work independently and with a team.

Financial Aid Specialist

High School diploma or equivalent; 2+ years customer service; Microsoft Office proficiency; strong analytical and communication skills.

Associate Director of Financial Aid

Experience leading a financial aid office; 3-5 years in financial aid; bachelor's degree; MS Office; Ellucian Colleague; strong analytical and communication skills.
