<h1>Role Summary:</h1>

The Commercial Loan Processor&rsquo;s primary responsibility is to prepare various types of new and renewed commercial, loan documentation. To ensure lien perfection on all collateral, complete loan booking, maintenance, and process loan disbursements.

<h1>What You Will Be Doing:</h1>

<ol>
	<li style="margin-left:8px;">Document various types of loans utilizing the LaserPro software system, including commercial, SBA<s> </s>loans and construction loans</li>
	<li style="margin-left:8px;">Work collaboratively and as a team member with the production assistants and loan officers to facilitate smooth and timely processing of all loan requests</li>
	<li style="margin-left:8px;">Complete<s>s</s> booking and disbursing loans, posting fees to the correct general ledgers for remittance of fees and charges</li>
	<li style="margin-left:8px;">Perfect collateral accurately and timely to ensure credit unions lien position based on instruction outlined in request for loan documents</li>
	<li style="margin-left:8px;">Accurately upload loans in the Commercial Loan Servicing System (DNA) using the LaserPro interface</li>
	<li style="margin-left:8px;">Prepare wires in accordance with company standards and guidelines</li>
	<li style="margin-left:8px;">Review for accuracy of fellow commercial loan processors&#39; work, identifying any deficiencies or errors needing correction</li>
	<li style="margin-left:8px;">Work as a team member of the Commercial Services team to assure the highest and most professional level of service to Credit Union members, both internal and external</li>
	<li style="margin-left:8px;">Display leadership values such as mutual respect, trust and dignity, and act in the best interest of the Credit Union. Lead by example by always displaying solid ethics and integrity</li>
	<li style="margin-left:8px;">Maintain a high level of confidentiality relative to member&rsquo;s information</li>
	<li style="margin-left:8px;">Must possess the ability to communicate professionally both orally and in writing</li>
	<li style="margin-left:8px;">Continuously keep supervisor informed of member and work concerns, as well as assignment status through reporting or meetings</li>
