Job Summary

The Loan Processor is responsible for pre-screening credit reports, ensuring the accuracy and privacy of customer information, and coordinating with sales representatives to meet customer financing requirements. This role involves verifying and submitting customer applications to a variety of lenders to secure funding and reviewing loan files to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.

Essential Job Functions

	<li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Documentation Management: Organize paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Cross-Department Communication: Collaborate effectively with other departments to achieve company objectives.</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Customer Service: Provide high-quality service while ensuring compliance with servicing agreements, government regulations, and company policies.</li>

Loan Processor

1-2 years banking or lending experience preferred; knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office; strong numerical and communication skills; highly organized.
