Throughout the year, you are given multiple opportunities to engage with senior management through both their project work as well as informational and cultural events. All contractors also receive individual coaching and training from their immediate manager and cross-functional mentor. will:</b> </p><ul><li>Provide packaging support for Renovation, Innovation, and Supply Optimization projects, as well as support packaging-related issues across our North America conversion and 3rd party bottling sites </li></ul><ul><li>Facilitate, collect, and evaluate data through testing procedures within the packaging lab </li></ul><ul><li>Assist with the research of emerging technology within material science </li></ul><ul><li>Partner with packaging suppliers to assess capabilities and potential opportunities </li></ul><ul><li>Analyze and report on consumer complaints as it pertains <p></p><p>The Deputy Division Director (Deputy DD) for the APS Engineering Support (AES) Division reports to the AES Division Director. It plays a critical role in ensuring the division’s success across a broad range of strategic and tactical performance requirements.</p><p></p><p>The incumbent provides leadership and has line management responsibilities for technical programs, administrative activities, and division personnel.  Acts as a division liaison/representative to nearly all division operational functions and to
