Marine Construction Laborer

High school diploma or equivalent; driver license; ability to lift 50+ lbs; English speaking; valid forklift/rigging certifications preferred.

Bachelor’s in Construction and/or 5+ years in marine construction; 2+ years marine project leadership; knowledge of drawings; valid driver’s license; able to lift 50+ lbs; English spoken; pass drug screen and background check.

Outside Sales Consultant

Sales experience preferred; in-home, commission-based sales a plus; construction, marine, or home improvement experience a bonus; strong communication; self-motivated; professional and customer-focused; able to work independently.

Outside Sales role in construction/marine with in-home inspections, commission-based sales, and warm leads. Requires strong communication, self-motivation, and customer focus.

Dispatch Coordinator

2-5 years construction scheduling experience; knowledge of environmental regulations, permitting constraints, and safety requirements for marine work; strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Concrete Formwork Technician

Experience in concrete forming, blueprint reading, use of hand/power tools, rebar installation, and safety compliance.

Outside sales experience preferred, in-home inspections, construction or marine industry bonus, strong communication, self-motivated, customer-focused.

Drafter

Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D or Revit; experience with permitting docs; coastal/marine construction knowledge; detail-oriented; English proficient.

Service Technician - Marine Construction

Service Technician

1-3 years sales/tech service in marine/construction; strong communication; customer-focused; willing to travel; bilingual a plus
