Line Cook

Previous experience as a line cook in hospitality; ability to stand long periods, lift 20-50 lbs, and work weekends/holidays; strong English communication and basic math for recipes.

Busser/Runner

Food service role assisting dining room team; delivering food, bussing tables, guest assistance; standing for long periods; flexible shifts.

Server

Minimum 3 years as a professional server in fine dining; strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits and service etiquette; able to upsell; POS proficiency; evening/weekend availability.

Bartender

Minimum 5 years hospitality or private country club experience; 2+ years bartending; strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktails; ability to work under pressure; excellent communication; open availability (nights, weekends, holidays).

Lead Host

Hospitality experience; strong leadership and communication; ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
