Maintain facilities, grounds, and equipment; ensure safety, logs, and compliance; assist with camp operations and vendor coordination.

Waterfront Lifeguard

Lifeguard certification with waterfront endorsement, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, 17+ years old, high school diploma or GED, strong teamwork and youth engagement.

Aquatics Director

Lead waterfront operations, train lifeguards, ensure safety, and oversee camp aquatics programs.

Summer Camp Counselor

18+; current high school student or graduate; experience with children or willingness to learn; positive, energetic team player; outdoors proficiency.

Waterfront Director

21+, lifeguard/WSI, CPR for lifeguards, 3 seasons waterfront experience, supervisory ability preferred, strong leadership and communication.

18+; high school student or graduate; experience with children or willingness to learn; positive, energetic, team-oriented; outdoor suitability; camp experience bonus.

Assistant Camp Director

High school diploma; 2+ years supervisory camp experience; strong leadership, organization, and communication skills; passion for youth development and outdoor programming; ability to thrive in a fast-paced camp environment.

Registered Nurse

Active NY RN license; CPR for the Professional Rescuer; Emergency response certification; at least 21 years old; experience supervising staff; camp/outdoor experience a plus.

Executive Coordinator

3–5 years of administrative or executive support experience; strong MS Office; excellent organization and communication; ability to manage multiple priorities and discretion; valid driver’s license and travel across council footprint.

Retail Specialist

Retail experience, high school diploma or GED, background check, strong customer service, money handling, and ability to work with diverse people.

Lifeguard role requiring background check, 17+, high school status or diploma, ARC Lifeguard/Waterfront Lifeguard, CPR-Pro training, physical stamina.
