Full-time LPN in Queens, NY facility; requires NY license, CPR, Child Abuse and Infection Control; 1 year nursing experience with chemically addicted residents and withdrawal; day/evening shifts; every other weekend.

LPN license in New York, CPR certification, Child Abuse and Infection Control certifications; 1 year experience with chemically addicted residents or withdrawal management.

Certified Recovery Peer Advocate

Full-time CRPA role requiring minimum one year peer support experience; High School Diploma; CRPA certification; grant-funded position.

Training/Vocational Specialist

Coordinate grant-funded Peer Coach Training, supervise internships, help trainees obtain state certifications/licenses, resume/soft skills development.

Two years of vocational rehabilitation counseling experience; knowledge of substance use treatment; BA in counseling/psychology/sociology; MA in Vocational Rehabilitation or Guidance Counseling preferred.

Vocational  Counselor

Vocational Counselor

Two+ years in vocational rehabilitation counseling in behavioral health; BA in related field; MA preferred; CRC preferred.

Provide vocational assessments and counseling in a behavioral health setting; develop rehabilitation plans; coordinate pre-vocational activities; two years of related experience; BA in Counseling/ Psychology/ Sociology; MA preferred; CRC preferred.

CRPA

One year of peer support experience; High School Diploma; CRPA certification.

Minimum one year of peer support experience; High School Diploma or equivalent; CRPA/CRPA-P certification in good standing.

Counselor

Provides individual, group and family counseling; develops treatment plans; requires CASAC; high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 2 years in behavioral health/substance use treatment.

Provide individual, group, and family counseling; CASAC credential; minimum two years in behavioral health/substance use treatment; High School diploma or equivalent; supervise milieu staff.

Recovery Support Staff

Two years of experience in substance use disorder treatment; High School diploma or equivalent; CASAC-T credential in good standing; background checks and screenings conducted.

Minimum two years in substance use disorder treatment; High School diploma; CASAC-T credential in good standing.

Social Worker (Licensed Clinician)

Social Worker

Five years in substance use disorder treatment with two years of supervisory experience; master’s degree in Social Work or related field; NYS independent license; CASAC (preferred); familiarity with OASAS regulations.

Full-time Licensed Social Worker with MSW, NY license, CASAC preferred; 5+ years in SUD, 2+ years supervisory; master’s degree.

Driver 

Full-time driver responsible for transporting patients to locations; must have NY driver's license and clean record; experience driving a mini-van; High School diploma or GED.

Full-time driver with NYS driver’s license, clean driving history, experience driving a mini-van, high school diploma or GED.

Front Desk Receptionist 

Part-time front desk receptionist for outpatient center; 1 year customer service; high school diploma required; recovery-oriented care experience preferred.

Part-time receptionist with HS diploma; 1 year customer service; expects scheduling responsibilities and coordination with center operations.

Registered Nurse Supervisor

Minimum three years' managerial experience as a Registered Nurse; current New York State RN license.

Safety Staff

High School diploma or equivalent; minimum one year experience with vulnerable populations; background checks and equal opportunity employment.

Licensed Clinician

Independent New York license; certification in substance abuse counseling; knowledge of Therapeutic Community Model; familiarity with regulations governing substance abuse rehabilitation; strong verbal and written communication.
