Assembler 2nd shift (3pm - 11:30pm)

Entry-level assembler role requiring high school diploma, basic math, up to 30 lbs lift, 0-1 year manufacturing experience.

Coil Assembler

High school diploma or GED with 1 year related experience; associates/technical degree with 6 months experience preferred; able to sit for long periods; accurate, detail-oriented; good hand-eye coordination.

Assembler 1st shift (7am - 3:30pm)

Entry-level assembler; HS diploma; 0-1 year assembly experience preferred; basic math; lift up to 30 lbs; basic computer literacy.

Assembler 2 (2nd shift 3pm-11:30pm)

Assemble mechanical/electro-mechanical components per drawings; 3+ years in manufacturing/assembly; basic math; high school diploma; proficient with basic computer tools.

Sr. Manufacturing Engineer (CNC)

Manufacturing Engineer

Lead CNC machining process development, programming, and continuous improvement for aerospace components; 7+ years in aerospace CNC; AS9100/GD&T experience; multi-axis programming.

Manufacturing Engineer (Machining)

Bachelor's in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or related field; 2-4 years in manufacturing, preferably aerospace; CNC machining experience; CAD/CAM knowledge; problem-solving; GD&T.

Quality Systems Engineer

BS technical degree; 1-2 years quality engineering; 2-4 years in regulated manufacturing; QA certifications a plus; ISO/AS quality knowledge; strong problem solving and communication.

Sr. Assembly & Test (Tech Lead) 1st shift (7am - 3:30pm)

Assembly & Test Tech Lead

Senior-level technical role providing advanced hands-on support, mentoring, debugging, and process improvement in assembly and test.

Deburr / Finisher 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm)

Deburr / Finisher

High school diploma preferred; deburring experience; read drawings; use gauges/microscopes; stand for long periods; good communication.

Bachelor's in mechanical or manufacturing engineering; 2-4 years in manufacturing; CNC machining experience; CAD/CAM tools; Lean/Six Sigma knowledge.

High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 years in manufacturing/assembly; basic math; read blueprints; proficient with ERP systems; comfortable in production environment.

Operations Manager

7+ years aerospace/manufacturing leadership; strong Lean/ERP knowledge; bachelor's in engineering or manufacturing; excellent communication.

Sr. Production Planner

Production Planner

Bachelor’s degree in business/operations with 3+ years manufacturing/aerospace planning; ERP/MRP planning; strong MS Office; cross-functional communication.
