Experience as receptionist or medical assistant; high school diploma; MA certification preferred; 1+ year clinical experience preferred.

Receptionist/Medical Assistant

Occupational Health Nurse Case Manager

RN or LPN with KY license or compact state license; BLS; 3+ years case management experience preferred; associates degree or equivalent experience.
