Bar Lead

Minimum 2 years bartending in upscale-dining; bar leadership preferred; TIPS/ServSafe; wine knowledge; inventory and POS experience; flexible schedule; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Minimum 2 years bartending in upscale casual or fine dining; bar leadership preferred; wine knowledge and classic cocktails; TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol cert due within 90 days; inventory control; POS/bar management systems experience.

Server

1-2 years as a server in fine dining/upscale casual; seafood/raw bar experience a plus; strong wine/cocktail knowledge; handle dietary requests; POS experience preferred.

Grill Cook

Proven grill cook experience required (2-3 years strongly preferred); experience in upscale-casual or fine-dining environments with Italian cuisine, wood-fired dishes, or pizza is a plus; ability to work across multiple stations; strong food safety and teamwork.

Proven grill cook experience; 2-3 years preferred; knowledge of high-volume kitchen operations; strong knife skills; follows recipes and plating standards; team-oriented.

1-2 years experience as a server in a fine-dining or upscale environment; strong POS skills; team-oriented; able to handle dietary restrictions and high-volume service.

Pastry Chef

Prior fine-dining pastry experience; weekend availability; willingness to assist with salad/raw bar; strong teamwork and attention to detail.

Fine-dining pastry experience preferred; weekend availability required; flexible to work in salad/raw bar; team-oriented with strong attention to detail.

Sous Chef

2+ years in a sous chef or senior kitchen role in a high-volume, upscale or fine dining restaurant; strong leadership, inventory, and food safety knowledge.

2+ years as Sous Chef or senior kitchen role in high-volume or fine dining; strong leadership; inventory, food cost, and safety knowledge.

Manager

Minimum 2 years of restaurant management in a high-volume environment; experience with upscale-casual dining; familiarity with Toast POS and OpenTable; strong guest service and leadership.

Executive Chef

Executive Chef with 3-5 years leadership in a scratch kitchen; cost of goods, scheduling, events experience; ServSafe certification required within 90 days; strong leadership and creative menu skills.
